Create two nested vector shapes from one with Excel or Power Point
1. Open your .emf vector shape file Excel or Power Point.
2. Duplicate it (ctrl+c and ctrl+v)
3. Save one shape.
4. Edit points of the other. Delete, and add points to have the desired shape.

6. Some points could stay on the last created shape. Delete them with a Power Point or Excel Object
Insert->Shape, then do a Shape Substract
