Hi

I'm using Excel 2007 SP3 and have installed all the prerequisties, but the Check Prerequites software still reports that the software will no run without Office 2007 SP2 installed. As a result I can't use conditional formatting with the maps I'm using, I get the error 'Public Member value2 on typre String not found' and 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object' which isn't very useful.

Any suggestions?

We have hundreds of users that make Excel2007 SP3 working with BeGraphic.

But I will try to check your exact problem next week.

Dear BeGraphic user

Could you please tell me
Which version of BeGraphic did you use
Which operating system did you use

Could you please also tell me when this error occurred (when starting BeGraphic, when animating, during parameter...)

In order to offer a better resolution, could you please attach the file where this error occurred.

Regards
