Each time I try and create a gauge or any visual it says "Ths member can only be accesed for a group". Why am I getting this error?

I'm also getting this error. I'm using excel 2007 and Begraphic 1.21.22.

Could you please tell me if this error occurred on all workbook or on a single workbook.
If so could you please attach your file in order to correct this error more effectively.

Fixed the error by upgrading to Excel SP2 from the original version.
The error was the gauges weren't being created properly, the scale was not grouping with the main gauge.

The error happens on all the workbooks, and the workbook works fine on another computer with SP2 installed.
