I am using a filtered "pivot" table as source data.
Max/Min values change cell positions when filter changed.
Based on setting a fixed cell(set parameters), what ever appears in the cell on change of filter is used as Max/Min.
This can causes gauge not to register correctly the Max/Min value.

What do I do to correct?

Good question!

As for now BeGraphic uses fixed references. May be you could "export" the right value out of the pivot table to another cell (to be located above the pivot table or in another sheet from the same workbook). Then this fixed cell will be the source of BeGraphic.

In future version of BeGraphic, we may think about how to handle this need in a more convenient way.

The actual Auto Animation feature works fine.If I disable Automatic Animation, the document loads from the jump list without an error.
I have checked the Excel shortcut and it is not run as an administrator, or set to use Windows XP compatibility.
