When I try to launch an Excel 2010 document containing a gauge using auto animation from a Windows 7 jump list, or by double clicking the document in explorer, I get the error "There was a problem sending the command to the program". When Excel loads, I can launch the document from the list of recent files without an issue.

The actual Auto Animation feature works fine.

If I disable Automatic Animation, the document loads from the jump list without an error.

I have checked the Excel shortcut and it is not run as an administrator, or set to use Windows XP compatibility.

I would be grateful if anyone can tell me what I am doing wrong.

Dear BeGraphic's user,

This message isn't due to BeGraphic but Excel, however if you want to disable this problem you must uncheck the "run as adminitrator" mode in excel's properties.

Best regards,

BeGraphic's team
