You are right, but BeGraphic team is just a young organization.

Right now you can download and test the V2Pro "Release candidate":

The designer and the Quality engineer are just coming in the company.
So that is why you get for free a 3 months test (until July 1st, 2012).

Then after your Edition Pro will automatically becomes an edition lite.
Or you can decide to buy the tool with PayPal (even if some companies don't).

By the way, I am happy to see angry people (then to solve their problems).
This is the main proof that BeGraphic is useful!

We use Mantis as our Bug Tracking System, but only internally.

As your advice is important, we will put a function inside the BeGraphic ribbon to send us errors.
This new version should be ready at the beginning of next week.

Hi This is Edouard, the marketing manager of BeGraphic (I'm also doing other things).

I've seen what you all have written. Even if I can't show the roadmap here, you have to know that the current version of BeGraphic is a small part of our goal. You might think that the pricing is not the way it should be. We think it should already be aligned with all features that are coming. Therefore, we think the price is fair for a library of charts, diagrams, graphs...

Let's take an example : Maps. You receive 30,000 maps with BeGraphic. How much should be the right price ? On the web, you can find one map (shown in different static colors) for USD 45 to USD 150.

So imagine how much you would have paid for 30,000 maps ?

Should we divide BeGraphic in several products (sounds cheaper... until you need all functionalities) ? This is not our current way to see BeGraphic. How could we ask for a maintenance on such a small amount ?

And here is the last, but not the least : you can send me a PM / private mail (there's a a dedicated button to do so) to explain which function do you really use inside BeGraphic ? If you send me interesting examples of data visualizations done whith BeGraphic... we could give you a special order.
