| Post subject: | BeGraphic on Office 2007 without updating the Service Packs |
Re-dowloaded the lite version and when I try to create even a simple gauge, a window pops up and reads "This member can only be accessed for a group". When I look at the gauge, all I see is a basic circular gauge with no data on it. How do I fix this? If we can figure this out, I am interested in buying the product. Thanks, -Ray |

Dear BeGraphic's user, Can you upgrade Office2007 to the last Service Pack by clicking on the link bellow: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download ... x?id=27838 When done, retry the installation process. Best regards, BeGraphic's team |
