Hi,

I am trying to insert a world map that I converted to WMF from JPEG but I am unable to do so. I tried converting to EMF as well and also from multiple formats (gif, png).

I get the message, "Index was outside the bounds of the array." Can you please let me know how I get get around this issue? Alternately, you can also let me know where I can find a world map with country names that works,

Regards,
Pranjal

Importing an EMF file (or a "WMF" file: older, but more compatible) inside Excel is an Excel problem.
Both EMF and WMF files are Microsoft Office vector drawing files. Therefore BeGraphic can't fix a Microsoft bug.

Whatever, BeGraphic proposes 22,000 free geo maps (including many world maps). So don't bother transforming a Jpeg map into a WMF one. BeGraphic has ready-made maps for free.
