In case of problem, BeGraphic hotline can ask you to send them your BeGraphic's log file.

In order to solve problems, BeGraphic can log all actions you are doing with it.
It may be useful for hotline guys because they can check step by step what happened within BeGraphic.

To retrieve the BeGraphic log file (stored in different places depending on your system), please follow these steps :

- If you use Windows XP, please
  • click on the start button,
  • click on run
  • type "cmd" and click OK

- If you use Windows Vista or Seven, please
  • click on the "Windows" button,
  • in the "Seach box" type "cmd"
  • then press enter

STEP 2: The following windows appear

STEP 3: In this windows type "set" then validate (with enter key)

STEP 4 : Search the line beginning by "APPDATA" and go to the specified path (with windows explorer)

STEP 5: Double click on the BeGraphic directory

STEP 6: You can see the file names "log.txt".
This is the file you must send to the hotline (to let them understand the problem).
