Post subject:  CAUTION: COPYING Gauges, maps...

Is there any way to quickly make several gauges?

Can I copy and just change the parameters I need to?

There are two questions:
1) How to change values in a gauge (generated by BeGraphic)?
2) How to export and re-export them to PowerPoint?

Answers
1) To update your gauges inside Excel, you have to:
  • put new values and colors (e.g.: with "conditional formatting")
  • press the "Launch animation" button (to update your gauges)

2) To export your gauges (without loosing details or graphical layers) to PowerPoint, you have to:
  • export on one different slide another gauge (= the range of cells that contains the gauge)
  • If you want to update gauges, you have to re-do the previous step

To make several clones of a live-data graphic, please use the following function:
  • "COPY" function (that you can find inside "BeGraphic administration" menu)
  • "SHEET COPY" (also inside "BeGraphic administration") in order to make a complete sheet copy including BeGraphic parameters

Write me a PM (Personal Message) if you need more info.
