I am attempting to download the software but am getting an error message:



The error occurs a few seconds after I click Install on this screen (moves to a popup saying “Preparing to Install and then it give the error message):
The prerequisites check is fine.



Also, other users have been able to download the file and have similar PC configurations:
Here are my settings/configuration:
· computer's configuration - XP
· Microsoft Office version – Office 2010

I tried the 32 bit and the 64 bit and I am an administrator on my PC.

Have you any ideas on what might be blocking the download please?
