I had a computer crash and my excel program can't load the tool. I originally installed directly from the download (it ran from a temp directory) so now I can neither remove, repair, or reinstall the program. Can you help? |

Hi Use the "step-by-step" setup that is explained in the mail that you receive when you want to download the software. If you don't have this mail anymore, just request once again the software... and you will receive it. Bye |
