Concerning your request,
BeGraphic does what you expect by using the custom "Scale / Graduations' labels /
Manual":
- The font color is linked to the one inside label's cells: it gives you the possibility to use the conditional formatting option.
- Thus, we agree with you that you have to put a font color different from the background color. Do it by changing the color of the font directly in the Excel cell.
- If you want to show some percentages, please add in your worksheet some calculated ratio - in other cells that will become the graduation's labels (by using the "manual" option).
